However, they do not have contacts in international markets to get started and have a hard time understanding local cultures, regulations and challenges.
We will sit with you and analyze what your needs are in order to define where best to expand and what functions are better suited there. Then via our network we will find offices and secure them, remodel them to match your local offices and assure continuity. If you choose, we are able to develop the supporting infrastructure, work with you and local legal advisors, define what the best legal entity is for your needs, find and hire the talent, train them. Also, if desired, we work with the facility for a term while you become familiar with all the in-and-outs, including HR, legal, accounting, taxes, etc.
Our expectation is that this process takes 3 to 6 months, at the end of which we step aside. We will always be on stand-by to help you should you need us.
