This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or contact us through www.fessexconsulting.com (the “Site”).

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Contact Information that we collect generally to communicate with you regarding, but not limited to, nonprofit partnerships, donations and acquisitions through our auctions.
Additionally, we may use this Contact Information to:
Screen our communications for potential risk or fraud;
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Data Retention

What rights you have over your data

Fessex Consulting aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. You have the right to request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, and we will comply within 10 business days. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Children

Fessex Consulting is not structured to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age. If we are made aware that information is or has been submitted by or collected from a child aged 12 or younger, we will delete this information.
CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
  • Request that a business deletes any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
  • Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on the 5th of April 2022. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and changes are effective when they are posted on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
