Fabian Schonholz

Fabian has been CEO, COO and CTO of multiple organizations. Prior to FESSEX Consulting, Fabian was the SVP of Operations and Technology at NBCUniversal, where he worked across games, live entertainment and consumer products, pioneering predictive analytics within the company. Prior to this, Fabian was CEO of StockMatic, an IoT company, and COO of Ninja Metrics, an analytics provider. Fabian has held positions at Disney Imagineering, NASA and Prudential Group Insurance and has established satellite offices in the US as well as in Latin America. In his free time, Fabian is an avid mountaineer, rock and ice climber, and backcountry skier who enjoys traveling in pursuit of great mountains. He has a BA in Mathematics and PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, both from University of California, Santa Barbara, and an AS in Computer Science from Universidad de Belgrano.

Dmitri Williams

Dmitri Williams (Ph.D., Michigan) is a tech entrepreneur and former CEO, as well as a tenured Associate Professor at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication. He is a recognized expert in social systems, user psychology, large-scale data analysis, and measurement who’s work has been featured in the Economist, the New York Times, and most major news outlets. He has served as an expert witness in federal court and before Congress, and has experience in the video game, e-commerce, streaming and social network sectors.

Santiago Capdepont

Santiago Capdepont is Senior Vice President for NBCUniversal Brand Development. In this role, Santiago leads the Consumer Products business for NBC Universal in Asia Pacific and China. His focus is on driving significant growth in the business and managing four high performing teams in China, Japan, Korea and Australia/South East Asia.

Santiago previously held the roles of Head of Operations and CFO for NBCUniversal Brand Development

Prior to joining Universal in 2015, Santiago held numerous roles within the Walt Disney Company for 20 years, most recently as CFO of Disney Stores where he led a team focused on global strategy, business development, operational finance and central planning.

Capdepont received his MBA from the University of Miami and is a CPA from Argentina.
